Concepción from the discipline investigative labor training the curricular treatment to develop management skills in the students

Introduction: In order to integrate theory and practice and to specify interdisciplinary relationships in the curriculum of the degree in the contexts of action, it is necessary to improve the professional pedagogical skills for the direction of the different educational processes. This article, the first part of a research, in the degree of Education. Labor Education, projects from the Discipline of Investigative Labor Training as the Main Integrating discipline; to determine as an invariant skill, the management skill, preparing the future teacher as a leader from his personal example and guarantee good pedagogical practices in educational centers and increase learning results. Materials and methods: For this phase of the research, the theoretical methods used were analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and documentary analysis that allowed to direct it. Results: The result was the design of the activities that students must develop in the labor practice of the first year of the degree. Discussion: With the foundation made, as the first part of a research, from the curricular treatment to develop leadership skills, in the students of the Lic. Education. Labor Education career, from the Labor Training Investigates discipline, it is intended with its subsequent implementation, to achieve better results in the pedagogical process in general and in the teaching-learning of Labor Education in the educational institutions of Basic Secondary Education. Conclusions: On the basis of theoretical-methodological foundations that support the solution of technical problems in their different contexts of action from the Labor Component Plan, to be developed during the Labor Practices in the different years of the career, in addition to graduating competent, creative and versatile professionals, capable of solving the main problems of the profession.
