Contextualized actions for the formation of preventive culture in the students of the Universidad de Oriente

Education for health is the main way to achieve changes in the issues and their responsibility in the defense of their own and collective health. In spite of the actions that have been carried out at the Universidad de Oriente, it has not yet been possible to perceive a transformation in the behavior of the students before the different risk factors, a behavior that denotes, in turn, a preventive culture based on in the assumption of health education postulates. In order to solve it, the following objective is proposed: the elaboration of contextualized actions for the formation of preventive culture in the students of the Universidad de Oriente. The empirical methods are suppose: scientific observation, survey, content analysis, expert criteria and multiple triangulation that allowed demonstrating the qualitative jump reached in the cognitive, affective and behavioral sphere as results obtained in the investigation.
