At the present time they think about new challenges to the Superior Education that you/they have generated deep reflection processes linked with the continuous formation of the professionals. Special attention is given to the necessity of offering upgrade and permanent formation to the sociocultural promoters that facilitate to reach the appropriate professional acting and at the same time favor the personal growth. Presently article is carried out an analysis about the necessities of the sociocultural promoters related with the cultural administration postgraduate studies as one of the performance spheres. As a result, postgraduate necessities were revealed in three dimensions: formative, professionals and social.
