Abstract

Coloproctology is a specialty derived from General Surgery whose competence includes the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the colon, rectum, anus, pelvic floor and proctological perineum. This work aims to expose elements of the improvement process to improve the professional performance of specialists in Coloproctology. For this, the historical-logical, induction-deduction, synthetic analytical and documentary analysis methods were used.
