The present work proposes make a historical review about the practical education of the agronomy in Cuba, from the analysis of his conception in the process of training of technicians and working agronomists, this allowed to know his historical evolution that transitor from his conception of typology of class until being conceived like complex and interdisciplinary subject, that contains different modalities for the practical education. Nevertheless, evidence the need to continue his improvement for the attainment of a professional or able worker to do a more efficient use of the available resources; to rescue and develop the agricultural culture of each territory that strengthen his identity and to use the science like philosophy of work, so that no only occupy to adapt to the new technologies, but also that it was able to generate them.
