Rhetoric as a social practice and as a science, is part of the classic legacy inherited by transculturation through the assimilation of Spanish and French culture in Cuba, fundamentally. However, an approach to the rhetorical fact, from the communicative links with politics, is a necessity, meanwhile, the multifunctional look at the studies of political discourse and its repercussion anchor in this edge of the legacy.
