Mediation of conflicts in social coexistence

Abstract

Learning to live together is one of the great challenges of today's society. In the Angolan society, important economic, political, social and cultural transformations are taking place, which means that coexistence in general must change many of the "usual" patterns. This is reflected in the macroscopic changes that are taking place with the new government in Angola, the advent of the 443 Anniversary of the founding of the city, capital Luanda with the renovation of its old buildings, the construction of new ones and the embellishment of all its environment; what forces to rethink a new social order for the inhabitants of this city, in the correct habits of social coexistence, nuanced by the respect for the work deployed, promoting adequate rules of coexistence from the most important cell of the society that is the home, located in a certain neighborhood where certain conflicts are generated. The objective is to develop a strategy to solve social conflicts that occur at the neighborhood level and that have a negative impact on the community environment.
