Principals antecedents of the management of the educative labor on mixed center

The article offers the main background of the management of educational work in the mixed center of Cuban education, based on the systematization of different bibliographical sources. It provides fundamental aspects of documents, resolutions, programs that govern the educational policy of the country that guide the management of the educational work of the mixed center of education in Cuba as a premise of the necessary integration. The expansion across the country of the experience of the mixed centers, in which several educations converge, is one of the actions that increases the need to integrate the management of educational work for the fulfillment of the objectives and the end of education.
