Abstract

This article has as objective to argue the importance that has the subject oral litigation for the student's of Right formation in the Ecuadorian University, the aptitudes, competitions, abilities and more outstanding techniques that it develops in the professional futures of jurisprudence, by means of litigant processes in function of the solution of judicial conflicts, what grants to this matter a preponderant place in the curriculum of the career. For it is assumed it a methodological strategy based on the academic experience of the consulted experts, as well as in the bibliographical and documental critical revision and the employment of theoretical and empiric methods, among them, the content analysis, the observation and the dialectical hermeneutic focus. The result consists on the theoretical argument of the paper that plays the subject in the formation of those qualities and the sample of those techniques that turn out to be essential in the practice of the oral litigation.
