Abstract

The evaluation of impact for the professionals´ of education upgrading is valued as a systematic and complex process that relate the formative transformation the upgrading actions produce as well as the repercussion they originate in the manager’s behaviour in the organizational and in the social field, so as to revert the handicaps that are still e3xisting in such a process. In this piece of work the author introduces a methodology to evaluate the impact of evaluating the professional education managers in the province of Santiago de Cuba, having a general structure, functional steps and phases: the processes of analysis and registration, appearance and administration of the new impacts, interpreted as links of the process, that guarantee in a subtended manner the improvement of the managing process that is developed.
