Abstract

It addresses the issue of creativity as a process or power inherent to human nature, it is important to enhance in our students within teaching and in our view it is a way­little­exploited to achieve the training and development of values, taking into account that this feature allows the independence of the students and favours finding innovative solutions in problematic situations or conflict that may arise, in both the professional and social field. Our work is aimed to a general reflection on the possibility of stimulating creativity as a way for the formation and development of values, from a gender perspective, in the first­year students from the Integrated General Professors career (PGI) (IGP) at "Frank País Garcia." Pedagogical University.
