Abstract

Today The Cuban Education faces the greatest challenges; the training of new professionals in education to guarantee the future of the country proposes itself the elaboration of extra teaching and extra school activities to increase the work of pedagogical professional orientation. Its importance is supported by the preparation of the young for his incorporation to the world of the production and the services for this it corresponds to the National System of Education to establish the bases for the education of the young generation. It is needed to orient and train the adequate personal identified with the roll that he should perform, this problem should be focused highlighting the roll of the Conductor Professor and of the Pedagogical Staff ,the students’ organizations, the family and the factors of the community, supporting themselves on the joint auctioning and compromised with all and in the systematic exchange of the pupil: interests, motivations and personal necessities and his capacity to conjugate and harmonize them with the social interest.
