Abstract

In the present piece of work it is argued the training–pedagogic nature that due to its genesis, qualifies the managing labor as well as the connotation of it for the case of the educational. It is also highlighted the foundations that support such appreciation and the manner in which is manifested in the context of the Cuban social Model, starting from the imprescriptibly achievement of a participative culture, coming from the consequent implementation of the democratic centralism, as a principle of the socialist management
