Relación entre la violencia sexual y acciones preventivas en niños y adolescentes

Resumen

Introducción: La violencia sexual infantil persiste en Ayacucho, afectando la integridad de poblaciones vulnerables y demandando acciones preventivas sostenidas para su reducción. Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre la violencia sexual y las acciones preventivas dirigidas a niños y adolescentes durante dicho periodo. Materiales y métodos: La investigación fue de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental longitudinal y nivel correlacional. Se empleó un muestreo censal no probabilístico con registros del Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables. La técnica utilizada fue el análisis documental con una ficha de registro validada por juicio de expertos, y los análisis estadísticos se realizaron con IBM SPSS Statistics v.25. Resultados: Se mostró que, entre 2015 y 2024, se registraron 39 952 casos de violencia sexual, con un 88,7 % de víctimas femeninas. El grupo etáreo de 12 a 17 años concentró el mayor número de casos (5 743) en comparación con el grupo de 6 a 11 años (3 695). Además, se reportaron 30 532 acciones preventivas, con un incremento anual sostenido. El análisis inferencial identificó una correlación ordinal de Spearman de 0,818 (p = 0,014), indicando una relación significativa entre ambas variables. Discusión: La correlación positiva indicó que el incremento de acciones preventivas coincidió con mayor registro de casos, posiblemente por una detección, identificación y notificación más efectivas. Conclusiones: Existió una relación estrecha entre la violencia sexual y las acciones preventivas, lo que refuerza la necesidad de estrategias focalizadas y sostenidas.
