The step of the apprenticeship from orientation, control and evaluation in the independent study

Introduction: In the process of training of the professional one of the ways and methods of learning management is the organization and direction of the process offered by the subjects of the third year in the degree in Education. Mechanics: in it is diagnosed that the quantitative index of the promotion in the subjects Assembly and Repair of Industrial Equipment and Teaching Practice III is low. The purpose of the research is to instruct teachers with integration actions so that they promote management in the professional training of second year undergraduate students of the course by meeting from the correct orientation, control and evaluation of the independent study in the subjects in the degree in Education. Mechanics. Materials and methods: Theoretical methods are used: analysis and synthesis to determine the fundamental deficiencies that did not allow students to develop their skills in the formative process of the subjects Assembly and Repair of Industrial Equipment and Teaching Practice II in the second year determining the fundamental cause caused by the incorrect orientation control and evaluation of the independent study assigned by the teachers who teach the subjects, in addition the method of participant observation was used. Results: The analysis of the methodological activities developed in the collective of the academic year for the instruction of the teachers and these in turn to the students from the correct orientation, control and evaluation of the independent study allowed the teachers to develop the formative contents in the students and in turn increase their levels of knowledge and direction of the cognitive activities Discussion: It is submitted to exchange essential aspects to consider in the Direction of the Teaching Learning process in the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial in the career of Bachelor of Education. Mechanics, it was necessary to take into consideration first the Self-Management of Learning mode so that it fosters a Developmental Learning and this in turn will allow the students to achieve an Integrative Self-Learning. Conclusions: The work allowed to achieve an adequate orientation, control and evaluation of the independent study from the management of the developmental learning of the students.
