Abstract

The study of legal culture today is one of the areas least covered in the training of education professionals. Its implementation from the curriculum and postgraduate training has not yet reached the desired for the formation of these professional levels. The faculty precise mastery of the rules governing its work, as well as ways to proceed from the legal to various situations in schools. Given the need for these professionals to perform their duties with respect for legality, in this article some thoughts and recommendations about the legal aspect takes place in the formation of professional education as essential to their training element and professional performance
