He dysfunctions hidroelectrolíticos are presented with high frequency in the exercise of the medical practice. These
alterations accompany to multiple pathologies. He/she was carried out an observational descriptive study, in a sample of
90 patients in the period of January of the 2015 to November of the 2019 that you/they were assisted in the consultations
of internal medicine of an institution of secondary attention of health and that they not suffered of chronic illnesses
transmissible and during their treatment they studied with hiponatremia. These sick persons presented ages between
30 and 75 years of age, to obtain the data he/she was carried out a revision of the clinical histories of the sick persons
being arrived to the following conclusions: Association doesn't exist between the signs and clinical symptoms; with the
grades of more hiponatremia,los patient adults they have a high probability of suffering of hiponatremia and the sex of
the patients was not significant in the clinical manifestations of the illness.
