Abstract

Introduction: For the creation of new companies or new business units of those already in operation, as well as for the
management of existing ones, it is necessary and useful to develop a business plan that allows evaluating the probability
of success of the same and reduce the uncertainty and risk that any unplanned activity has. Materials and methods:
Methods such as analysis and synthesis were used to establish the characterization of the object of study and define
the theoretical references that support the investigative process and bibliographic analysis. Results: A Business Plan
serves as a starting point for business progress, being a tool for work and reflection, generally detailed in writing by
an entrepreneurial person, in which they forge their ideas, how to carry them out, and indicate the objectives. who
you want to reach and the strategies to use. Discussion: There can be many and varied tools to implement business
management. Where the coordination between the levels of project management: (portfolio, program and project)
structure the instrumentalization of consistent and ordered thinking. Conclusions: In recent years, “new theories and
models have appeared that are laying the foundations for a new management paradigm.”
