Telework and impact on the job performance of public servants of the National Telecommunications Corporation This inquiry was developed in order to analyze the incidence of telework on the job performance of public servants of CNT EP Cantón Bolívar 2020-2021. In which the application of the same surveys that were designed and applied with the purpose of obtaining statistical data about the incidence of teleworking in work performance was used as an object of study, after that, in the same way, the conducting the interview which was applied to the manager of the public institution, which allowed the collection of qualitative data in reference to the application and the incidence of teleworking in the public servants of said institution. To identify the shortcomings, surveys were applied to 111 people, which resulted in teleworking not being an appropriate modality to satisfy the needs of users and that the attention provided by public servants is not adequate. Therefore, favorable improvement plans for the institution were proposed and therefore the expectations of those who make use of the services provided by the public company can be met.
