Abstract

The present article aims to present a methodology for the improvement of the training process in the Education Sciences career, based on a quality management model that enables the relevance of training and its graduates. The experience was carried out at the Escuela Superior Politécnica da Lunda Sul (ESPLS), currently the Instituto Politécnica da Lunda Sul (IPLS), in the Republic of Angola. For this, methods and techniques of the theoretical and empirical level were used that promoted the development of the research and provide an instrumental resource that improves the performance of teachers, the comprehensive preparation of graduates, their relevance in the Education Sciences career, arriving at the conclusion that quality management is inherent to training as a dialectical hermeneutical process and demands an assessment of said process seen in its entirety to promote improvement and its continuous improvement to respond to social demands for educational quality.
