Keywords:
citizen education, workshops, violenceAbstract
Empircal inquiries performed by the authors of this research revealed limitations in the development of activities aimed to eliminate the violence manifestations that exist in students of the technical nursing career there at their workplace. For those reasons our goal is to propose a set of workshops that include educational activities for the nursing students at Enrique Cabrera Medical School which present violence manifestations. As a solution to this issue, workshops with educational activities were performed making possible to deal with this violence. It brought about a more conscious interest for the school and a change of the students behaviour. It showed that it is possible to improve interpersonal relationships among the students within an educational context by establishing a link between the family and the school looking for a better and more human society.
