Abstract

The high prevailing competitiveness in the sphere of the scientific knowledge in the complex and defiant current social context, imposes new challenges and challenges to the contemporary university in the continuous formation of professionals able to act with responsibility and social commitment in different, heterogeneous and changing contexts. The present article constitutes an approach to the formation postgraduate of the professional of the sociocultural promoter due to the width of spaces that approaches and in consonance with the social necessities and singular that it imposes the new social scenario. It is particularized in the cultural administration as one of the spheres of professional performance.
