Abstract

With the aim of analyzing communicative competences in the professional training process, a descriptive study of bibliographic review type was carried out; The methodological strategy was based on the scientific methods of hermeneutic and analytic-synthetic scientific research, as well as on the technique of content analysis. The specialized literature defines communicative competences as the knowledge, skills and abilities put into practice by the issuer to deliver a contextually appropriate message and obtain the expected results. Its importance in the formative spaces lies in the meaning that they acquire in the professional sphere, on them the results that could be favorable or not depend on the effectiveness of the communication; they have a functional value, they are used as part of the search process for better results and in order to minimize failures; they are a key factor for the interaction between work teams, with the public and customers.
