Actions of psychosocial intervention that promotes the subjective well-being in the students of the Residencia Estudiantil Julio A. Mella of the University of Oriente

Subjective well-being is a complex and multidetermined concept due to a multiplicity of biopsychosocial factors. Admission to the university is a striking stage, in it, the sense of well-being for some students, can be key to academic success and the achievement of their personal and professional goals; therefore, the need to create conditions to improve the quality of life of the student, the attention of his spiritual formation, and psycho-affective orientation. Its objective is to design a psychosocial intervention program that promotes subjective well-being in the students of the Julio A. Mella Student Residence of the Universidad de Oriente. The study is based on the Qualitative Methodology, the use of the Research - Action method and others such as observation, interviews, survey and document analysis.
