Abstract

In the present work, it is carried out a study aimed to the analysis of user’s knowledge and specially teachers’ user education with the aim of developing a set of activities. Under the proposed methods there were used theoretical and empirical methods, which allowed us to learn about the causes and difficulties of the object of study (interview, survey). The theoretical methods made possible the analyses of the results, as empirical methods (analysis synthetic approach system). Statistic made possible to process all the information gathered. In this way there were applied techniques that allowed to determine the problem at hand, to meet the needs of teachers at José Martí School. It reached to conclusions and recommendations which help to contribute to raising the educational level of users.
