Experience of educational orientation through the professional development at the University of Matanzas

The experience presented constitutes evidence on the use of educational orientation in the system of professional development at the University of Matanzas, generated from the need to encourage the application of existing conceptions of the linguistic science and its didactics. This experience was developed in the Faculty of Educational Sciences through the post graduate course "The teaching of the Spanish language in primary education with a leading approach", which responds to a need of updating the knowledge in primary teachers from the theoretical and methodological point of view on the contemporary conceptions of the teaching of the language. In the article is presented the program of postgraduate, is performed an outline on the contents and their didactics implication, the evaluation system and the bibliography used and confirms the employment of a postgraduate course as a key for educational guidance.
