The virtual classrooms in the teaching learning process

Abstract

Education at present is in charge of not only transmitting information and knowledge, but also should provide the means, attitudes, and abilities to produce and use them in the pedagogical practice, creating new settings where they develop the teaching learning process. One of the main ideas to develop such purposes is the used of virtual classrooms, that as teacher’s support allow to increase the collaborative and the collaborative work, throughout  of interactivity and communication among the student and the teacher taking advantage of the ease of the multimedia product for the presentation of contents. In this piece of work it is taken into account the elements that require the importance advantage and disadvantages of the use of the virtual classrooms and of the teaching learning process of all the disciplines in the higher education.
