Chavez: The Commandant of the miracles

Abstract

The work entitled: Chávez: The Commandant of the miracles, has as objective to go into in the knowledge of the conditions and historical context in how Hugo Chávez Frías personality ´was developed, his contribution to the substantial modification of the political system of his country that in the projection of an economic program with nationalist character could contribute to the improvement of the social conditions, in particular the access to the education of the more oppressed citizens, and in turn to favorably impact in the achievement of these purposes in other regions of Latin America. Likewise, to integrate the different factors that intervened in the results of the educational missions that offered short term solutions to the very urgent necessities of socially depressed sectors cohesively. The divulgation of his life and work, allow being more objective when being emitting an opinion, on who already played a highlighted part in the world ambit.
