Abstract

In the piece of work it could read about the budget as the main financial plan of the state, in which agglutinate al the financial resources of the country. It requires it’s as economical category of sum of importance. It is taking into account its definition and scope, the political and economic principles in which support them, it could serve for its better comprehension by part of the readers in the moment when the its role is more relevant in the process of  updating our  economic model and perfecting the instrument of the economy of the country. It is related with a balance of income and ex-come for the satisfaction of the public sector of society, the one that constitutes a set of interrelations of distribution, that emerge of the distribution of the financing resources of the state, essential element for the economical training of the future professionals.
