Abstract

The term diversity is not a new concept neither attributable only to children with Special Educational Needs, it is a consubstantial phenomena to the problem of educating that have existed throughout time. At present a series of changes have been produced propitiating an evolution of the educational vision of the existing teaching learning process. The new conception of education in and  for the diversity imply and advance for consecution  of the educative aims ,but they cannot be reached if they are not focused towards a hallow educative answer to the school diversity, considering that this attention may be faced multiples perspectives and could take different forms facing the heterogeneity we have in the classrooms. This article will focus on founding the roll of the infant educator in the attention to the diversity.
