Abstract

The piece of work deals with the technologies of information and communications that has propitiated changes in the ways in which the teachers think, perform and manage the process at the time of using the informatics tools that are available in the WEB of Internet. Thus, thy use of the educative social webs constitute rather than a tool an option for the teacher of pedagogical higher education for offering this  an strategy of upgrading, would contribute to the teaching learning process of our universities.
