Abstract

The training of professionals in the Cuban university projects towards comprehensiveness, from the scientific, cultural and humanistic development in terms of addressing the needs of the context where they work; from this general line every race working from the model professional path. In the cultural dimension, heritage occupies an important place as the foundation of the identity of human groups, giving it potential to influence positively in the training process from different knowledge. This work reflects on this aspect, taking into account the contributions of cultural heritage and legislation for the legal training of university students, emphasizing the Bachelor of Law.
