Abstract

Existing in the process of learning of the Office for Nursing Technician, weaknesses influence the formation of technician graduates, because their skills are affected by not reaching the required preparation in line with the development of science and technology to fulfill their professional and social functions. The proper use of methods and procedures for improving this process is of vital importance, since it prints a dynamic that involves significant actors and protagonists way of learning, which directly affects the formation of their professional skills. In this case the use of heuristics and procedures promoted by encouraging the development of heuristic class, considered appropriate in the Teaching Office.
