Abstract

The following piece of work shows a strategy of intervention with the aim of evaluating the efficiency of a selection of physical exercises to be used with the students from eighteen to 21 years old suffering from bronchial asthmas, who belong to the University of Pedagogical Sciences “Frank Pais Garcia” from Santiago de Cuba province. It is proposed the use of a set of exercises for diminishing the crisis and to make possible realization of exercises by the students, using for this the teacher’s previous orienta tion. The manifestation of insufficiencies during the self attention of the complaint provoked by bronchial asthmas; the data were collected according to a questionnaire that was made to the effect. Answering to the objectives proposed of the strategy of intervention, denote lack of conscious educational culture that allows them live together with their illness.
