Virtual platforms and their effectiveness in tasks delivery

This research analyzes the contribution of virtual platforms in the tasks delivery by students of the Private School Pinceladas of Leonidas Plaza parish. The methodology was descriptive, governed by the method of analysis - synthesis, qualitative and quantitative, since an interview was conducted with the teachers of the Elementary Basic area, in addition, observation sheets were applied to the students of the mentioned area and a survey with a Likert scale to a population of 282 students, of which a sample of 54 students, 54 parents and 6 teachers will be considered. The most relevant results mention that 87% of the educational community manipulates technological objects such as tablets, cell phones and computers; while 63% ask for help to carry out and send their tasks through a virtual environment. Thus, virtual platforms play an important part in the teaching-learning process both outside and inside the classroom thanks to the incorporation of ICT, however, it is necessary to motivate students, parents and teachers to use it with purpose of them and not only as a means of entertainment.
