Labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the Virgen del Cisne sector

Abstract

Introduction: People with disabilities live in a constant struggle for which they face challenges to achieve a job position, due to their physical, intellectual and sensory situation, which is why it is a key reason for labor exclusion. Materials and methods: This research analyzes the employment conditions of people with disabilities in the Virgen del Cisne sector of the canton of La Libertad. It is a quantitative approach. Results: In relation to the results, a program was designed to improve the employability of this vulnerable group. Discussion: Access to the workplace for people with disabilities remains in barriers and limitations, becoming a questionable issue both in the social environment and in the workplace, since it is known that the various criteria that exist for this vulnerable group to integrate and fulfill suitable functions in a certain job, coming to illuminate their participation in different areas, but within their environment. Conclusions: It was concluded that people with disabilities must be filled with more knowledge so that they can have a job according to their living conditions, likewise, public and private institutions that by law must have a person working. In your company, you must respect these regulations.
