Abstract

The training of professionals in Cuba enunciates epistemic and praxiological transformations that certify the association of the clinical-epidemiological method with the qualified medical exercise. A descriptive, observational and retrospective study was carried out during the 2017-2018 academic year to evaluate the application of the referred method in the training of 73 medical interns in the care of patients with arbovirosis. It was shown that the limitations of the application of the allusive method had an impact on the making of medical decisions that were similar to the recognition of patients with comorbidities, showing the need to systematize the holistic-clinicalclinical system - assistance during this training process.
