Abstract

The study of ectopic pregnancy in the Medicine career is of vital importance. For ectopic pregnancy is the leading cause of maternal mortality during the first trimester of pregnancy. Since the triumph of the Cuban Revolution, the study of this event has been essential for an early diagnosis to try to minimize the maternal deaths that it brings. With the integration of different sciences, good results have been obtained in the care and survival of women who have an ectopic pregnancy, therefore, this article aims to assess the contributions of the sciences to the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in women who come to the consultation gynecology.
