Abstract

The pro motivation rendered the study in the accountancy safe although it has been approached when having begun to those psychological, philosophic and pedagogical budgets is a problem that has not been resolved still what affects the formative procedures in the Cuban higher education. The research was recognized model a handy activities system integration that contribute to the development of professional motivation in students of the Bachelor's degree in Education. Economy. To fulfil the objective of the research, theoretical (analysis and synthesis and systemic-structural), empirical (class observation, student survey and teacher interviews) and statistical methods were applied to the sample. The proposal made helped to develop the issue in question and is an alternative to raise the quality of graduates of higher education, necessary in the face of the economic situation in the country and the implementation of the Economic Model Cuban.
