Abstract

It presents to him an experience of work metodológico in the organizativos levels and direction in the formation of the professional in which concerns to the pathes and methods of promotion Of the autogestión of the apprenticeship, by making good use of the potentialities they offer the courses: Urgent problems of the technical and professional education (ETP) and methodology of the scientific investigation in the ETP to form to the professional of the Licentiate run in Mechanical Education. Constitute as conceptual problem |metodológico how to promote the autogestión of the apprenticeship from the orientation, control and evaluation of the independent work? The proposed objective to your solution is: to instruct to the chiefs discipline and main teachers of the academic year about how to promote the autogestión of the apprenticeship. The interactive character is explained of the formative process and investigative by making evident the achieved results.  Employ scientific methods theoreticians and empiric permits demonstrate the transformations of the teacher and students in the work position
