Towards an itinerant, intertextual and transdiciplinary reader: introductory notes
Keywords:
Reading, Transdisciplinarity, Intertextuality, LiteraciesAbstract
Since the beginning of the new millennium, in a global context where the Internet and technologies mark the processes of dissemination and appropriation of culture and literature, it’s imperative to emphasize the topic of reading and education of the users. Even though the possibilities of access to these platforms has diversified, it’s paradoxical that the capacity of reading has degraded (Ramírez, 2001). Literature and its fictional character is a possibility for readers to understand themselves, while experiencing other realities and cultures. This article proposes to conceive the formation of an itinerant, transdisciplinary and intertextual literary reader, based on social and literary literacies.
