Abstract

This article has the purpose of assessing the impact of the subject: Personal and Professional Development (own curriculum), in the attitudes and behavior of the students of the EC and CRD of the careers Primary Education and Special Education in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education . The subject has the peculiarity of being conceived as experiential workshops, where students participate in an open and spontaneous way, through the use of specific participatory techniques, in the direction of them. It was designed to assess the potential of personal qualities, allowing the student to move through the career as an opportunity for personal growth reflecting on the attitudes and social skills to develop, through self-development strategies, which enable a better personal-professional performance of student.
