Abstract

The present article has as objective to meditate about the importance of the labor competence as one of the main nuclei of the formation and development in the companies. Starting from the different models of managerial administration, synthesis in the administration pattern by competences and its specificities for to win an excellence position of the company from the to development the components of the knowledge, affective, attitudes, and volitional in the labor context, for the organizational and human development.
