Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the importance of ICT in the training of the Pharmacy professional taking as reference point the University of the East. Initially, it starts from a conceptual framework of ICTs, showing its integration into educational and technological processes. In another order, the current study plan in the training of the pharmacist is analyzed and the specificities in the use of ICTs and their importance in the teaching-learning process are taken into account. The fundamental methods used are based on analysis of the Curriculum and other guiding documents of Cuban Higher Education.
