The performance of teachers of teachers in the province of Santiago de Cuba in the management of the information as a didactic tool

The insertion of digitized didactic media in the educational process requires a better prepared teacher who is equipped with the professional skills that allow him to manage the information and multiply it to the students in such a way that they constitute resources for learning. The work presented offers methodological guidelines to teachers to manage information through educational portals not only in the processing of it, but in terms of training a professional capable of interacting with these contemporary didactic media and use it consistently in cognitive and pedagogical processes.
