Preparation for the assitance to diversity since the pedagogical inicial training

This paper is aimed at explaining how to face diversity in teachers training programs. The research was carried out using both theoretical methods analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction —and empirical methods— such as observation of the teachinglearning process and interviews to pupils and teachers. The ways of achieving a professional training in education for facing diversity is the main focus; in addition hints to evaluate from the perspective of a diversity approach are given.
