Abstract

The work is framed in a compilation of normative documents of the ministry of  Higher Education, for the study and consultation by the Technician in University  Management ,teaching secretary, and teachers of the university of Pedagogical Sciences "Frank País Gracia", which will wide the field of knowledge in the function of their professional performance. It is made a characterization of the present state of these documents of the center, demonstrating that there is efficiency and mastering of it in function of the Teaching Learning Process, for it considered to group them in an computer program this valuable information that allows perfecting the work in an organized and updated form. In the making of this research there were used scientific methods, of the theoretical and empirical level. All that has been stated lead us to the ele3boration of the Web Site "LEGAMINED"
