The educational work and the quality of life in the adults of the third age

Abstract

In Cuba the Physical Culture is part of the social culture, in her the conquests and aspirations are materialized, as well as the cultural interests of the society; playing a particular part in the formation of the personality of everything. The sport politics in Cuba has as objective; to promote the practice of the sport for the whole town, including children and young which need the Physical recreation, besides the adults, and it is even a necessity for the old men; for that reason it has been established the principle that defines to the sport like right of the town. It is intention of this work to socialize the experiences that the author counts in connection with the attention to the adult of the third age in connection with the artrosis.
