Cultura emprendedora en jóvenes universitarios (2015–2025): una revisión sistemática de la literatura basada en PRISMA

Esta revisión sistemática examina la evidencia sobre cultura emprendedora en estudiantes universitarios publicada entre 2015 y 2025, siguiendo las directrices PRISMA 2020. Los objetivos fueron identificar factores que influyen en las intenciones emprendedoras, analizar el papel de la educación y el ecosistema universitario, sintetizar marcos teóricos y metodologías, y señalar brechas de conocimiento y futuras líneas de investigación. La búsqueda se realizó en cuatro bases de datos (SciSpace, Google Scholar, PubMed, ArXiv) hasta marzo de 2026, con términos en inglés y español relacionados con cultura e intenciones emprendedoras. Se incluyeron estudios empíricos publicados en revistas revisadas por pares entre 2015 y 2025, centrados en universitarios. Tras eliminar duplicados, se identificaron 423 registros y se aplicó cribado siguiendo PRISMA. Los 28 estudios más relevantes fueron seleccionados mediante ranking asistido por IA para síntesis cualitativa. Los hallazgos muestran que la educación emprendedora impacta positivamente en las intenciones, mediada por mentalidad y autoeficacia, mientras que el ecosistema universitario actúa como catalizador. La Teoría del Comportamiento Planificado fue el marco dominante y predominaron encuestas y análisis SEM. Se requieren más estudios longitudinales y transculturales, y las universidades deben integrar sistemáticamente la educación emprendedora y fortalecer sus ecosistemas para formar la próxima generación de emprendedores.
