Postgraduate training management strategy in the Department of Agronomy

Abstract

The Cuban university has the great challenge: the scientific, investigative and professional improvement of teachers so that they are able to respond immediately to frequent and general problems such as: climate change, natural disasters, environmental problems, the global crisis, the rise in international market prices and the substitution of imports, all of them in the context of production or services in which they are developed. This article aims to develop a strategy for the dynamics of postgraduate management in the Department of Agronomy, based on a training management model.
